Handout</figcaption></figure></div>MANILA, Philippines—The roster of teams is now complete for the first conference of Chooks-to-Go Pilipinas 3x3.The Zamboanga Valientes have committed to join the President&#x27;s Cup, slated to begin on March 16 at the event center of SM Megamall. The Valientes join the Manila Stars, the Go for Gold-San Juan Knights, the Bataan Risers, the Quezon City-Zark&#x27;s Jawbreakers, the Bacoor Strikers, the Valenzuela Classic, the Marikina Shoemasters, the Bulacan Kuyas, the Vigan Baluarte, and the Cebu-Max 4 Birada in the country&#x27;s first-ever 3x3 basketball league.&quot;It&#x27;s an honor and pride for our city to join this league, especially our fans from Zamboanga. The reason that we are interested because we are passionate about basketball. Rhayyan Amsali showed that Zamboangenos can excel in this discipline,&quot; added Navarro.Amsali, who now studies in San Beda after a stint with the National University Bullpups, suited up for the Philippines in the FIBA Asia 3x3 Under-18 tournament in 2017.Composing Zamboanga are homegrown talents &quot;Tausug Hero&quot; Das Esa, Jonathan Parreno, and Grevani Rublico. 6-foot-8 Rino Berame and 6-foot-3 Ferdinand Lusdoc join the troika. Navarro is still looking at one more player to complete their roster.They have also tapped actress Empress Schruck to be their muse for the opening ceremonies on the 16th.For Navarro, his ultimate goal for the first conference is to give more exposure to his players.&quot;Yung players namin now sell out crowds in Zamboanga.
