MANILA – A former national bowler was shot dead in San Juan City Friday, police said.Angelo Constantino died on the spot when a still unidentified gunman shot him thrice in the head at the E-Lanes Bowling Center on Ortigas Avenue around 5 p.m., said Senior Supt. Dindo Reyes, chief of the city police.&quot;Malapit na masyado [ang pagbaril]... halos paharap sa mukha ng biktima. Kasi nakaupo siya e, napatingin siya sa suspek, kaya lang sabay putok ng baril,&quot; he told ABS-CBN News.(The shooting was almost pointblank, in front of the victim&#x27;s face. He was sitting and got a look at the suspect, but was immediately shot.)Constantino, 51, was a manager at the establishment where he was killed.Security footage showed the gunman, who was wearing a cap, t-shirt and shorts, entered the building through the basement.After shooting Constantino, the suspect waved his gun at people in the lobby of the bowling center and left the area.Police later recovered the caliber. 45 gun which he hid near the exit as he left.
