<div class="embed-wrap"><figure data-feedback="fb:likes,fb:comments"><img src="http://sa.kapamilya.com/absnews/abscbnnews/media/2017/sports/04/30/043017_pvl.jpg"/><figcaption><div class="embed-desc">PVL imports will be unable to suit up on Day 1 of the Reinforced Conference. <cite>Photo by Arvin Lim, ABS-CBN Sports</cite></div></figcaption></figure></div><p>MANILA – Imports will be unable to showcase their skills on Day 1 of the Premier Volleyball League&#x27;s Reinforced Conference due to a problem with their international transfer certificates (ITCs).</p><p>PVL head honcho Ricky Palou announced on Sunday&#x27;s opening ceremonies that the Larong Volleyball sa Pilipinas Inc. (LVPI) was unable to process the certificates in time.</p><p>This marks the second straight season that the league has had issues processing ITCs. In the final V-League Reinforced Conference, several imports were unable to suit up for at least a couple of games.</p><p>The development greatly disappointed some team officials, including those whose imports have been in the country since March.</p><p>At least one team submitted the required documents to the LVPI when their imports arrived last month, only for their debuts to be delayed.</p><p>Palou assured the teams that the league is doing its best to coordinate with the LVPI and hasten the process.</p>
