Tickets to SEA Games opening, some events to be sold starting Oct. 3

The NCR hosts badminton, basketball, billiards, boxing, karatedo, fencing, football, gymnastics and wushu, </p><p>Meanwhile, tickets for events in Subic are worth between P50 and P100.
