<div class="embed-wrap"><figure data-feedback="fb:likes,fb:comments"><img src="https://sa.kapamilya.com/absnews/abscbnnews/media/2018/sports/12/10/20181210-parks-perez-bolick.jpg?ext=.jpg"/><figcaption>Bobby Ray Parks Jr., CJ Perez and Robert Bolick</figcaption></figure></div>MANILA, Philippines -- Forty-seven rookie hopefuls showed up Wednesday at the Gatorade Hoops Center in Mandaluyong where the PBA held its 2018 Draft Combine.Leading the way were the projected top picks in the draft -- former Lyceum of the Philippines University star CJ Perez, former San Beda University ace Robert Bolick, and Alab Pilipinas top gun Bobby Ray Parks Jr. Of the 48 players who had applied to the draft, only former University of the East player RR de Leon did not show up to the Combine, which is a requirement for all rookie hopefuls. Thus, he will no longer be included in the official draft list.The players&#x27; official height were measured in the morning, and were also subjected to agility drills before playing in scrimmages in the afternoon.Topping the shuttle run was John Ragasa of St.Mary&#x27;s University, who registered a time of 21.97 seconds.Former Far Eastern University guard Joe Trinidad topped the three-quarter court sprint with a time of 3.25 seconds, while former University of Santo Tomas center Jeepy Faundo registered the highest vertical leap, at 33.29 inches.Dan Wong of Ateneo de Manila University led the max touch, at 39.19 inches. Former Mapua University guard CJ Isit topped two drills, as he notched a mark of 11.2 seconds in the lane agility test, and had an 84% mark in the reaction test.The rookie hopefuls were divided into six teams that will play in scrimmages on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday.The draft will be held on December 16 at the Robinson&#x27;s Place Manila, with Columbian Dyip owning the No. 1 pick.For more sports coverage, visit the <a href="http://sports.abs-cbn.com">ABS-CBN Sports website</a>.
