Photo from UAAP Media."/><span class="fr-inner" style="text-align:left">Ateneo men’s football team. <em>Photo from UAAP Media.</em></span></span></span></div><p>MANILA — The UAAP has announced the postponement of the games scheduled for Thursday, October 24, due to inclement weather caused by Tropical Storm Kristine.</p><p>The matches, part of the collegiate men&#x27;s football tournament at the UP Diliman Football Stadium, will be rescheduled.</p><p>The day&#x27;s lineup was supposed to feature a face-off between the University of the Philippines and De La Salle University at 4:00 p.m., followed by a showdown between the University of the East and Ateneo de Manila University at 6:30 p.m.</p><p>The matches have been rescheduled to Sunday, October 27, at the same venue.</p><p>The league already previously postponed basketball and volleyball games that were originally scheduled to be played on Wednesday.</p><div><a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/sports/2024/10/22/uaap-postpones-wednesday-games-due-to-tropical-storm-kristine-2210">READ: UAAP postpones basketball, volleyball Wednesday games due to tropical storm Kristine</a></div><p>Those bouts, which feature college and junior high school hoops, and HS volleyball action, will also be moved to a later date.</p><div></div>
