Photo from PVL Media Bureau</div>MANILA, Philippines – The Premier Volleyball League (PVL) has partnered with the Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF) to improve its officiating for the upcoming 2024-25 All-Filipino Conference.PNVF President Ramon &quot;Tats&quot; Suzara, also the Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) chief, announced Monday that Yul Benosa, the chairman of the referees commission of the PNVF, will be the body&#x27;s referee delegate to the PVL.The PVL will also put international referees in all matches, and the semifinals and finals will be officiated by foreign and neutral referees from nearby countries, according to Suzara.This is to &quot;remove bias&quot; in officiating games, said Suzara.&quot;As [part] of the stronger partnership with the PNVF, and our meeting with Sherwin [Malonzo], the commissioner, is to appoint now Yul Benosa, our chairman of the referees commission of the PNVF, to now directly delegate for the PVL,&quot; Suzara said. &quot;This way, it also raise the level of our referees now in the PVL.&quot;<div><a class="fr-green" href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/sports/2024/8/31/no-net-fault-pvl-explains-controversial-call-in-akari-pldt-game-1724" id="isPasted">READ: No net fault: PVL explains controversial call in Akari-PLDT game</a></div>&quot;Put international referees in all the matches.
