Casta&ntilde;o</p><p>&bull; Sandro Nicholas Soriano Romero</p><p>&bull; Reynaldo C. Jacinto Jr.</p><p>&bull; John Eric Quiambao Rueca</p><p>&bull; Ceasar Vincent Javellana Elumba</p><p>&bull; Emmanuel Toribio Fernandez</p><p>&bull; Vincent Raphael M. Mangulabnan</p><p>&ldquo;The charge that passed the standards of DC 20 is reckless imprudence resulting in homicide,&rdquo; Dato said.</p><p>The Philippine National Police and the National Bureau of Investigation had both filed reckless imprudence resulting in homicide against Baldwin and the others.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/sports/basketball/2026/6/12/-i-failed-as-a-leader-as-a-coach-says-baldwin-as-he-breaks-silence-on-adili-baterbonia-s-death-1935"><strong>&lsquo;I failed as a leader, as a coach,&rsquo; says Baldwin as he breaks silence on Adili, Baterbonia&rsquo;s deaths&nbsp;</strong></a>&nbsp;</div><p>Dato refused to comment further if the complaint for violation of the Anti-Hazing Law filed by the PNP against Baldwin and other individuals was dismissed.</p><p>&ldquo;It cannot be described or characterized as dismissed because nothing was docketed but iyong nakapasa sa standards doon sa ebidensya na pinresent ng PNP is reckless imprudence resulting in homicide,&rdquo; Dato said.</p><p>DOJ Spokesperson Atty. Polo Martinez later on clarified that the hazing complaint of the PNP remains under case build-up pursuant to D.C. No. 020.</p><p>Dato noted that the respondents are expected to submit their counter-affidavits on September 15.</p><div><br></div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</div>
