Kitong made his mark with 27 points, seven rebounds, and three steals to be hailed as PalawanPay Player of the Game in the PYBC, which is supported by PalawanPay, Cherifer, Chronos, and Chooks-to-Go. “It’s not how we start, but it’s how we finish. So nag-effort po talaga kami para manalo,” said Kitong, whose squad turned a 14-21 deficit into a 30-21 lead early in the contest en route to their third win in seven games. On the other hand, Matthew Paraiso had 23 points for the Knights, who remained winless in six assignments in the PYBC, which is also backed by Aces Solar, Goodday Friz, Oak Group of Companies, Smile 360 Dental Clinic, Team Access – Official Nike Partner, and Daily Essencials. Still in U13, Chef’s Magic MLO Basketball remained perfect in seven games after manhandling TOPS Mordeno, 121-54, with Syrus Demante leading the way with 19 points, six assists, and three steals. Tobby Mordeno led his side with 17 markers, but they absorbed their third straight defeat, and fifth overall in six games. In Under-15 action, Prime Ascension Medical Supplies San Anton dumped JMTG Medical Trading Infinite, 92-52, as Thadeus Angeles, Lawrence Tombocon, Jesse Arellano, Sebastian Salang, and Von Dalangin scored 18, 17, 13, 12, and 10 points, respectively, to improve to 5-1. Xerone Dizon led JMTG, which fell to 3-4, with 12 points. In the Under-11 division, Buena Foods JSKLLBBLLDVT overwhelmed RWE Jaba Medical, 97-63, to stay unscathed in seven games, as Isaiah Acorda fired 21 points, five assists, and five steals. RWE suffered its fifth loss in seven outings despite 28 points and 11 steals from Joakim Castro, and a 17-point, 16-rebound performance from Kean Estrada. Also in U11, D2M Sportswear Grind Hoops bounced back with a 58-52 win over Grupong Bedista &amp; Co. to improve to 3-4, thanks largely to Xavier Jeongco’s 19 points, 10 rebounds, and five steals. Dirk Araño and Chase Sanvictores led Grupong Bedista, which dropped to 1-6, with 13 and 12 points, respectively. Still in U11, Spartans returned to the win column after demolishing Lev Construction Full Potential, 131-37, to post their fourth win in seven games. Christian Emmanuel Tan fired 30 points, eight steals, six assists, and four rebounds, while Christian Jacob Tan was equally impressive with 27 points, eight steals, five rebounds, and five assists. Meanwhile, Lev Construction, which remained winless in seven games, leaned on Sean Cervantes’ 16 points and KD Allanza’s 12 markers and 12 rebounds. Finally, Taho Story Sigma improved to 6-1 as Josh Cruz’s 19 points and Titus Matalang’s 16 powered them to a 78-58 win over Converge Super Fiber x Coach T. Converge absorbed its second loss in seven games despite Yuan Adane’s 16 points and Blake Luna’s 11.</div>
