JSKLLBBLLDVT swept all 11 of its games, including the best-of-three championship series, thanks in large part to Finals MVP Sochiru Del Mundo who averaged 17.5 points, 7.5 steals, 5.5 rebounds, and 4.0 assists. “Masaya po siya, pero nagpapasalamat po ako sa teammates ko kasi binigyan nila ako ng tiwala,” said Del Mundo, who was also named PalawanPay Player of the Game after tallying 23 points, nine steals, four rebounds, three assists, and a block in their Game 2 win. “Lagi lang kaming composed, kasi meron kaming tiwala sa isa’t isa,” he added on how the team completed the season sweep in the Benjie Paras-led PYBC which is supported by PalawanPay, Cherifer, Chronos, and Chooks-to-Go. Isaiah Acorda also played a starring role with 11 points, six steals, four rebounds, and two assists, and none was bigger than his clutch three-pointer that sealed the U11 title of the PYBCH which is also backed by Aces Solar, Goodday Friz, Oak Group of Companies, Smile 360 Dental Clinic, Team Access – Official Nike Partner, and Daily Essencials. With JSKLLBBLLDVT clinging to a 63–62 lead in the final seconds, Acorda drilled a triple with 16 seconds remaining to push their advantage to 66–62. Taho Story still had enough time to respond, but JSKLLBBLLDVT’s defense held firm, and Glenn Mabulac’s last-second three-pointer failed to find the bottom of the net as the buzzer sounded. Josh Brixter Cruz led Taho Story with 19 points, 15 rebounds, five blocks, and three assists, while Rob Daniel Celiz and Mabulac added 16 and 11 points, respectively, but their efforts fell short of forcing a deciding Game 3. Meanwhile, Chef’s Magic MLO Basketball and Jet’s Basketball will clash on Saturday, December 13, at the same venue to settle their Under-13 finals showdown in a Game 3 decider. MLO Basketball claimed Game 1, 95–92, after Syrus Demante fired 25 points and Xander Dulfo punched a 21-point, 17-rebound outing with six blocks. Also vital contributors were Ethan Suango Reign Driz who had identical productions of 13 points and 10 rebounds, and Zach Agustin who finished with 10. Jet’s Basketball, for its part, forced the rubber match with a 97–86 victory in Game 2 after Patrick Tumbaga listed 22 points, Yuber Enciso impressed with 20 points, 12 assists, and nine rebounds, Kirov Acedo poured in 12 markers, and Gian Castro, Ibrahim Salem, and Julian Baliwag scored 10 points each. Also on Saturday, Spartans San Beda Alabang will try to complete a sweep when they face Migrafix Doc Boleros in Game 2 of the Under-15 Finals. San Beda took the series opener, 73–71, behind a monster performance from Akhiro Franz Reynon, who finished with 24 points, 23 rebounds, five blocks, and three steals.</div>
