He’s got a workout with five NBA teams on the 11th,” said Cone during the unveiling of new Gilas&#x27; kits designed by sportswear brand adidas on Thursday in Makati.</p><p>“On the 11th, he’s working out in front of five NBA front offices and so that will kind of dictate his schedule after that,” he added.</p><p>Quiambao recently flew to Sacramento in the United States in hopes of achieving his NBA dreams.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/sports/basketball/2025/7/7/kevin-quiambao-left-out-of-sacramento-kings-summer-league-roster-1736"><strong>READ: Kevin Quiambao left out of Sacramento Kings’ Summer League roster<br/></strong></a></div><p>However, he wasn&#x27;t able to join the Sacramento Kings’ Summer League roster, where Filipino coach Jimmy Alapag works at.</p><p>The Gilas tactician acknowledged that if a team piques an interest on Quiambao, the Gilas gunner will stay in the US &quot;a little bit longer.&quot;</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/sports/basketball/2025/7/9/ravena-on-quiambaos-nba-dream-work-in-silence-surprise-everybody-2100"><strong>READ: Ravena on Quiambao’s NBA dream: ‘Work in silence, surprise everybody’<br/></strong></a></div><p>“If he’s able to draw some interest, he might end up being in the Summer League a little bit longer,” said Cone.</p><p>The NBA Summer League runs from July 10 to 20 (US time) in Las Vegas.</p>
