MANILA – San Miguel&#x27;s Don Trollano stepped up big time for the Beermen, leading them to a 91-85 win over Barangay Ginebra in Game 3 of the PBA 50 Philippine Cup semifinals. San Miguel held on to a 47-41 lead after the first two periods before Ginebra caught up in the second half.The Gin Kings lowered the lead to a single digit at the end of the third quarter, despite Trollano dropping 15 of his 33 points in the same frame.RJ Abarrientos and Scottie Thompson tried to spark a run for the Gin Kings in the final frame with back-to-back triples, but Trollano silenced the Ginebra faithful.Trollano finished with a total of 33 markers off a 52.4% shooting clip, six rebounds, three assists, and two steals.  CJay Perez pitched in 19 points, while Mo Tautuaa added 13 markers.  San Miguel&#x27;s win came even with big man June Mar Fajardo limited to 6 points but still grabbing 19 rebounds.Ginebra&#x27;s Scottie Thompson tallied 17 markers, nine rebounds, four assists, and two steals in a losing effort.Japeth Aguilar and RJ Abarrientos pitched in 14 points each in the defeat.With the victory, the Beermen took the 2-1 lead over the Gin Kings in their best-of-seven semis series.  San Miguel seeks to extend its lead, while Ginebra aims to level the series in Game 4 on Sunday at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
