Nothing definitive has been ruled on that matter,” UAAP executive director Atty. And I don&#x27;t know about the word ‘application,’” he said. “And hindi lang one school. There have been talks ever since I was ED, and even before that.”</p><p style="line-height:1.5">In recent years, the UAAP has only added Claret School of Quezon City and PAREF Southridge School as guest teams in select high school events. Both joined boys’ football competitions, with Southridge also participating in boys’ swimming and baseball.</p><p style="line-height:1.5">For now, Saguisag indicated that expanding participation in events lacking eight teams remains the league’s priority.</p><p style="line-height:1.5">“The idea is to fill in the events which do not have the roster of eight teams,” he said, adding that nothing is set in stone when it comes to admitting guest teams or expanding official membership.</p><p style="line-height:1.5">“We can cross the bridge when we get there,” Saguisag added.</p>
