Handout photo.MANILA — Following his exit from University of the Philippines, Mark Belmonte is set to transfer to Colegio de San Juan de Letran, sources told ABS-CBN News.</div>The 6-foot-5 forward, a former UAAP champion with the Fighting Maroons, will serve a one-year residency before becoming eligible to play starting NCAA Season 103.Belmonte averaged 3.7 points and 2.4 rebounds in limited minutes in Season 88, and he hopes the move to Intramuros will help him better realize his potential.The 21-year-old becomes the latest ex-UP player to join Letran, following Denzil Walker.He is expected to have two years of eligibility remaining once he completes his residency in Season 102.Letran is coming off a Finals appearance in Season 101, where it fell to rival San Beda University in the best-of-three affair.
