You know a lot of people are coming up to me and they say they see the highlights and stuff online. You know for me, it&#x27;s great to see the noise he&#x27;s kinda getting around his game,&quot; Brownlee told reporters on Friday at the Araneta Coliseum.  &quot;He&#x27;s getting the experience being overseas, being here in the Philippines. It&#x27;s something that he probably don&#x27;t know, it&#x27;s some of the best times of his childhood. You know a lot of people don&#x27;t get that opportunity. So it&#x27;s a blessing to see. You know his dreams just like a lot of young kids that play basketball, he wanna make it to the NBA. But just like me, if it doesn&#x27;t work out that would be another dream come true for myself and maybe him too,&quot; he said. &quot;Maybe. Let&#x27;s see how his career will go. We&#x27;ll see,&quot; Brownlee shared. While his son has a lot of basketball to play in his young career, the three-time PBA Best Import said Brownlee Jr. has already shown a lot of promise at 14 years old. &quot;I hope so I think right now, to be honest when I was his age, I think physically he&#x27;s more advanced than I was at his age,&quot; Brownlee said. &quot;I was dunking at 14 [years old] but I wasn&#x27;t doing some of the dunks he could do. He&#x27;s a little bit bigger than me at his age. So physically I think he will [be better than me],&quot; he explained. Brownlee Jr. and the Fil-Am Nation Select squad will compete in the 14U Boys finals against Blue Steel Basketball at the Mall of Asia Arena on Sunday at 8 a.m.
