Handout photo.MANILA — Andy Gemao will represent the Philippines on the global stage after being selected to participate in the 19th edition of the adidas Eurocamp, the brand’s premier pre-draft basketball development camp set from June 5 to 7 in Treviso.</div>Widely regarded as one of the top pre-draft camps outside the United States, adidas Eurocamp gathers elite prospects aged 18 to 22 from Europe, the U.S., Latin America, Africa, Australia, and the Asia-Pacific region. The event also serves as a major platform for young talents to showcase their skills in front of NBA and EuroLeague coaches, scouts, and executives.Gemao earned his selection after impressing at the adidas Tokyo Nations Camp earlier this year.The Filipino guard has been part of adidas Philippines’ basketball program since 2023, when the company signed him as one of its youngest basketball athletes before his rise on the international stage.
