GE began the comeback in the second half, after a five-round win streak, to overtake RRQ.After two rounds going RRQ&#x27;s way, GE managed to deny the overtime attempt and close out their map at 13-11.In Pearl, the two squads were neck-and-neck in the first half, closing out in a deadlock at 6-6.In the second half, GE began to distance themselves from RRQ after winning a crucial 3v5 in the 16th round and two more rounds before losing one to RRQ. RRQ managed two more rounds before GE eventually closed out the series at 13-10.After joining VCT Pacific&#x27;s 1000-kill club during GE&#x27;s match against VALORANT Masters: Santiago champs, <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/sports/esports/2026/5/3/global-esports-downs-champs-nongshim-redforce-in-2026-vct-pacific-stage-1-0008">Nongshim RedForce</a>, Pinoy fragger Patrick &quot;PatMen&quot; Mendoza topped the board once again for GE with 39 kills, 33 deaths, and 8 assists while on Viper and Fade.With their win, GE advances to the upper bracket semifinals to face <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/sports/esports/2026/4/24/paper-rex-downs-global-esports-in-last-2026-vct-pacific-stage-1-pinoy-faceoff-2234">Paper Rex</a> in another Pinoy reps battle.
