Alex Eala&#x27;s latest career milestone was made more special as it happened on March 8 -- International Women&#x27;s Day. Eala progressed to the round-of-16 at Indian Wells on Monday (Manila time) after her opponent, world No. 4 Coco Gauff, retired with an arm injury.Eala was ahead 6-2, 2-0 when Gauff informed her that she could no longer continue due to the pain in her arm.
