Nxled looks at silver linings after 'unfavorable' outcome in PVL lottery

And the rest was history.</p><p>Asked for a reaction, Nxled team manager Dzi Gervacio said it was nerve-wracking for her, but acknowledged that the exercise is, after all, still a lottery.</p><p>&quot;It&#x27;s crazy. Oh my God. Nanginginig ako.
