MANILA — Jia de Guzman is navigating a more competitive Premier Volleyball League (PVL) field amid her reintegration into Creamline&#x27;s current system.De Guzman is making a return to the PVL and Creamline, almost three years after leaving for Japan&#x27;s Denso Airybees.
