MANILA -- Adamson University opened its title defense in the 2026 V-League Collegiate Challenge with a comprehensive 25-21, 25-18, 25-22 sweep of Perpetual Help on Sunday morning.The Lady Falcons were without reigning UAAP Most Valuable Player Shaina Nitura, but still had enough firepower to take down the Lady Altas at the Gameville Central Park in Mandaluyong City.Nigerian outside hitter Frances Mordi stepped up for Adamson, taking over in the decisive stretch of the third frame on her way to 20 points on 16 kills, two service aces, and a block.
