<p>Belle Mariano is not an overnight success — she is a testament that passion and hardwork beats luck any day!</p><p>Starting at just 9 years old, Belle stepped into the world of showbiz as a commercial model and soon found her footing in television as a supporting actress in “Lorenzo’s Time” and a mainstay in “Goin’ Bulilit”. Over the next seven years, Belle’s face became a regular sight on TV, often playing the younger versions of main characters and delivering tear-jerking performances in “Maalala Mo Kaya”.</p><p>As Belle celebrates her 22nd birthday today, June 10, let’s look back on her roles that turned her from being a television pro to a big screen sensation!</p><div><strong>Grace in ‘Can&#x27;t Help Falling in Love’ </strong></div><p>Belle’s first role in a Star Cinema film was actually with Kathryn Bernardo back in 2017! Belle played Grace, the nonchalant sister of Kathryn’s character, Gab. In the film, their Mama Em (Cherry Pie Picache) tells Grace to follow in the footsteps of Gab.
