“I am so good,” said Orcus, effectively played by Christian Vasquez in the Kapamilya series <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/theironheart">The Iron Heart</a>. Indeed, he is, because aside from he’s able to portray himself as the villain, he can also make the audience laugh. He is as menacing as he is hilarious! Read on and watch the video to review his amusing scenes compiled by Kapamilya Toplist.Orcus likes to attract attention by lobbying his muscular appeal. When he first met Apollo a.k.a. Tisoy (Richard Gutierrez), he entered the scene with sky-high confidence and slightly warned the team to be cautious as he can easily smell a person’s motive. He, for instance, outed one of the guys.Always in a bicep-baring top, he ordered Tisoy to reinvent his looks with a new motorbike, suits, and all, to look dapper, but not as handsome as him. The scene jumped from nerve-wracking to funny when he said Tisoy should be just second to him. He is still and must be the most gorgeous guy on their team. And the reason he’s always wearing tank tops? He wants his body on full display.Orcus belongs to the species of guys who think they are God’s gift to women. Thus, he believes every girl would naturally want to be with him, especially Selene (Dimples Romana). While they were at the pool, he stood in front of her and asked who between them is insecure. Unbothered, Selene called it hallucination, “Alam mo, Orcus, nagha-hallucinate ka na. Ang kailangan mo ay maraming maraming maraming kape para kabahan ka naman.”He retorted that they could work as a tandem, “You never know, baka may mangyaring maganda sa ating dalawa.” The statement alone was enough to make Selene feel nauseous, more so when Orcus took off his polo top and shorts. To us, viewers, the exchange was rib-tickling.In another scene, he admired Eros (Jake Cuenca) for being efficient, saying Eros’ work reminds him that he is as great. And since Selene was there, he didn’t let pass the chance to tell her, “I miss you.”He called her “baby love” in another, implying that Selene chose to break his heart and left him “basang-basa sa ulan,” uttered in his overly dramatic voice trying to look cute. And as the GGSS (read: gwapong-gwapo sa sarili) guy that he is, Orcus thinks Selene is simply in denial.We got another sparkling scene when he cornered Poseidon (Pepe Herrera), who just got back to the Tatsulok headquarters. Tisoy got in the way, saving Poseidon from trouble by making fun of his ‘pogi’ problems, to which Orcus inevitably reacted. Bursting into his boisterous laughter, he said that he easily gets women like fruits from a tree.Of course, he downplays other men to exalt himself, and often it results in funny moments. One time, he bravely dared the alleged mysterious snitch to a duel. But when the guy, who he didn’t know was Eros, complied with the challenge, Orcus ran away like a scared rat. In another scene, he mocked Hero (Enzo Pineda) by calling him Priam (Albert Martinez)’s “muchacho” or servant. His response to Hero’s intellectual rebuttal cracked us up.When Tisoy received an invitation to Priam’s charity ball, he told Tisoy to dress up and look his best, but without outshining him. “Dapat ako ang pinaka-pogi diyan,” he warned.
