The Kapamilya network Friday has introduced the first pair of judges for the upcoming season of &quot;Pilipinas Got Talent.&quot;In a teaser aired during a broadcast of the hit primetime series &quot;Ang Probinsyano,&quot; it was revealed that actress Angel Locsin and retired ABS-CBN head Freddie Garcia will be part of the judging panel.Two other judges are set to be revealed in the days leading up to the January 23 premiere of &quot;Pilipinas Got Talent&quot; Season 5, which will be hosted by Billy Crawford and Luis Manzano.
