The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) is studying the possibility of imposing toll on private vehicles traversing EDSA, in a bid to reduce hellish traffic in the key highway.

“It came to our mind that we should have volume reduction in EDSA. We are planning but it is still under study if it will be feasible to implement the electronic road pricing along EDSA,” she said in an interview on ANC’s “Early Edition.”
