Enrique Gil teams up with Liza Soberano in ‘Forevermore’

Enrique Gil remarked that he is already ecstatic to be working with Liza Soberano in the upcoming ABS-CBN television series titled Forevermore. “I’m excited, I want to start working again, sobrang ganda ng story namin and I really want to be partnered up with Liza kasi maraming comment don sa She’s the One (the first project they starred together) kasi parang maraming comment sa She’s the One especially sa ending na parang yeah pwede [maging love team], yeah so sabi ni tita Malou (Santos) pwede,” he stated.

The actor shared that his role in the teleserye is far different from the roles he played before. “I’m going to play Alexander Grande III so parang his family owns hotels so really mayaman pero si Alexander may backstory ang buhay niya, something happened before as a family kasi there was an accident kaya he felt guilty.'

“Sa nangyari kaya growing up he felt like it was his fault kaya growing up he became a jerk, naging bad boy siya, he’s always saying ‘Bakit? sana ako na lang,’ so hindi siya nakikinig until he meets Marietesa (Liza Soberano),” he said.

Enrique will also be headlining a movie with Liza titled The Bet. As they continue to spend time together doing projects, the actor shared that they really have gotten closer to one another. “I mean we kind of hang out more and sa team up namin it’s going to be awesome guys at gusto ko lang mag-enjoy eh, kung nagi-enjoy ka ‘yung mga tao na nanonood magi-enjoy, they're just gonna have fun so abangan nila,” he said.
