Arci Muñoz talks about the ‘turning point’ while moving on from her breakup

Contrary to her previous statements, Arci Muñoz underscored that she has now completely moved on from her ex-boyfriend Badi del Rosario.

Arci was previously quoted as saying that she still hopes to get back with her former boyfriend of four years.

“Hindi na po [ako umaasa] ngayon,” she brazenly shared during the press conference of her upcoming film with Gerald Anderson Can We Still Be Friends.

“Marami pong mga bagay na nangyari. Everything has been said and done. Wala na talagang chance,” she further elaborated.

What made Arci decide to finally let things go between them was when “Eh kasi nakita ko masaya na siya.”

Does he have a new flame?

“Ewan, hindi ko alam. Pero kwento kwento. Pero hindi na kasi ako nagtatanong, okay na ako,” she said.

Arci, meanwhile, remained reluctant about the enduring question that is being raised by their film, about being friends with an ex.

“Siguro para lang din sa peace of mind tsaka kung iisipin mo yung maidudulot niya sa sarili mo ah. Na para sa akin wala ka ng iisipin, yun nga kasi anytime pwede kayong magkita or magkasalubong,” she said.

For her, saying hi-hello to your ex is quite permissible.

“Pero not necessarily na kailangan kayo maging mag-friends, para sa akin. Kung pwedeng casual lang, hi-hello. Oo kasi baka sabihin niya kapag hindi ka nag-hi bitter ka. Pero depende talaga sa sitwasyon eh,” said Arci.

With their film hitting the big screen this June 14, Arci was asked by the press as to whether or not she would be inviting Badi to see it.

To this she said, “Wag na po hindi naman niya maiintindihan, Tagalog po.”

Another thing that stopped her from inviting him was the fact that her character Sam’s story is quite similar to hers in real life.

“Parang iniisip ko nalang nangyari sakin kasi nga sobrang fresh pa. Eh baka kapag mapanood niya sabihin niya pa ‘Bakit mo naman kinuwento ang love story natin?’ kapag nakita niya. So, ewan ko, wag nalang siguro,” she ended.
