Glee actor Mark Salling was found dead in a riverbed in Sunland, north of Los Angeles on Tuesday, January 30 according to NBC News. Police officers suspect it as a case of suicide.

His lawyer Attorney Michael Proctor confirmed the death of the actor. "I can confirm that Mark Salling passed away early this morning. Mark was a gentle and loving person, a person of great creativity, who was doing his best to atone for some serious mistakes and errors of judgment," the lawyer said in a statement.
