The two have worked together before in the film ‘Hele Sa Hiwagang Hapis’ that won the Silver Bear (Alfred Bauer prize) in 2016. This time, they returned to Germany with a new film from an entirely new genre. While ‘Hele’ is an eight-hour film set in the 1800’s, ‘Ang Panahon ng Halimaw’ is a short musical film, about a man who is looking for his lost wife.
