Hwasa of K-Pop girl group MAMAMOO collaborated with English singer-songwriter Dua Lipa.

On Twitter, MAMAMOO confirmed Dua Lipa featured Hwasa in a remix of her new single “Physical.”

According to Soompi, the announcement comes a day after fans reportedly discovered various online platforms who credited Hwasa as a featured artist on the said song which comes out on Wednesday, March 18.

”Physical” is one of the songs from Dua Lipa’s upcoming album Nostalgia which is set to be released in April.

Hwasa, who performed a cover of Dua Lipa’s massive hit “New Rules” met the latter at the Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) 2019.

Dua Lipa’s hits include “Don’t Start Now,” “New Rules,” “Be The One,” and “Blow Your Mind,” among others.

The 24-year-old award-winning artist has visited the Philippines numerous times in the past, joining In The Mix music festival and staging a sold-out show, among others.

Meanwhile, Hwasa is part of K-Pop group MAMAMOO which is known for hits like “HIP,” “gogobebe,” “Egoistic,” and “Decalmonie.”

Hwasa has previously appeared in the South Korean reality show Hyena On The Keyboard.

MAMAMOO was supposed to perform at the 2019 K-Pop Superconcert alongside other K-Pop boy groups like WINNER and AB6IX. Unfortunately, the show got canceled three days before the actual event.
