"Today it's going to be very different because Anne has a couple of ingredients in front of her and she is going to have to cook the dishes. I for one will not cook anything and I will be sitting next to her with a blindfold solely giving her instructions," Erwan said in the video.

When it comes to Anne's Tuna Onigiri, Erwan told his wife, "It's not bad. The only issue I have with it is that the tuna was splitting out. The whole point of you putting a teaspoon or half a teaspoon of tuna unto the palm is to make sure that it gets completely covered in the sides... Not bad. I'm impressed."

"I think today proves something really important. You can make really good food and healthy food if you have the right ingredients and if you have the right instructions. Cooking for yourself doesn't have to be complicated," Erwan said by the end of the video.
