Gerald Anderson joins outreach program with PH Coast Guard in Zambales

Gerald Anderson opened the doors of his campsite to the Philippine Army!

After completing his soldier training in 2019 where he was given the rank of private in the Army Reserve Component, Gerald Anderson continues his duties this year as he joined the Philippine Coast Guard during their outreach program. 

Gerald completed his training three years ago alongside fellow actors Elmo Magalona, Nash Aguas, Yves Flores, and Jerome Ponce.

Meanwhile, the outreach program was dedicated to the Aeta community in Zambales as seen in his post on his Instagram account last Saturday, December 3.

The base camp for the event was held at the Hayati River Kamp Site which he opened to the public just last August. Aside from the campsite, Gerald also owns the adjacent Hayati Private Resort, which he launched last 2020.

In his Instagram post, Gerald wrote, “Mission Complete - Outreach program with @coastguardph for the Aeta Community in Zambales. Thank you @theth3rdfloor Toy Drive & Commodore Jimmy Cheng of the Executive PCGA .. Base Camp @hayati_riverkampsite." 

Gerald’s last acting project in ABS-CBN was the family drama series A Family Affair where he played the role of Paco Estrella. The primetime series aired its finale episode last November 4.
