After spending a few nights in prison, Tindeng (Charo Santos) is finally free after her grandson Tanggol (Coco Martin) posted bail for her in the Kapamilya teleserye “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo,” which airs weeknights on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, and TV5.

Despite not having enough money, Tanggol went to great lengths to help his grandmother, that is why he was forced to steal money and jewelry from Roda (Joel Lamangan), the greedy landlord who provoked Tindeng that led to her arrest.

Although Tanggol made a promise to himself to finally quit his pickpocketing crimes, it seems like he has just become more desperate to earn money. Tanggol has been trying to save up in the hopes of getting his family out of the slums, but he is currently caught in the middle due to his tumultuous relationship with his parents Marites (Cherry Pie Picache) and Rigor (John Estrada).

Meanwhile, Tanggol’s biological father Ramon (Christopher de Leon) plans to ramp up his efforts to look for his only son. Ramon is aiming to further solidify his illegal drug business with the help of foreign investors so that he can ultimately pass down his wealth to Tanggol.
