President Rodrigo Duterte on Friday approved the extension of the so-called enhanced community quarantine in Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Central Luzon, Mindoro island, Pangasinan, Benguet, Catanduanes, Albay, Antique, Iloilo, Aklan, Capiz, Cebu, Davao del Norte, Davao de Oro, and Davao City.

Passengers with affected flights may opt for free rebooking within 3 months with fees and fare difference waived, place the amount in a travel fund or get a full refund, Cebu Pacific said.
