Alexander Encarnacion, an electrician and carpenter, filed his certificate of candidacy (COC) for senator on Tuesday (October 1) with the goal of ending crime and corruption "in real time" through his invention called "Laser Co Super Fortress."
Encarnacion previously filed a COC for president in 2022 and for senator in 2019. Both times, according to him, he was unable to run in the elections due to lack of funds to mount a national campaign. — with a report from Sherrie Ann Torres, ABS-CBN News
