The Mars Ravelo’s Darna” lead stars assembled to sing in the 2022 ABS-CBN Christmas ID “Tayo Ang Ligaya Ng Isa’t Isa” along with other Kapamilya artists. Check out their recording session via these behind-the-scenes photos.

ABS-CBN recently unveiled the anthem for its 2022 Christmas ID through the release of a lyric video with footage of the all-star recording session. Apart from homegrown Kapamilya singers and loveteams, Jane de Leon, Joshua Garcia, and Janella Salvador also sang a couple of lines in the jingle, specifically in the intro.

These photos reveal the meticulous work that went in the recording booth with Darna’s power trio. We can see snippets of their discussion with ABS-CBN Music Creative Director Jonathan Manalo, the music composer and head of overall vocal arrangement and production.

Also one of our favorite things about these BTS photos is the display of genuine ‘ligaya’ in the artists’ smiles and gestures. It’s touching to see them deliver the song’s message with authenticity.

If your wish list includes a charming serenade from Joshua, this year’s Christmas ID makes it happen. It’s also refreshing to catch our new-gen Darna carrying a tune, as we’ve already witnessed her dance and acting skills. Meanwhile, Janella sure enjoyed doing her first love – singing.

Don’t forget to watch them as Darna/Narda, Brian, and Valentina in Mars Ravelo’s Darna, weeknights, on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, and A2Z.
