Donny Pangilinan gets admitted to UP

Anthony Pangilinan took to social media to share how proud he is of his son Donny for getting admitted to the University of the Philippines.

In a series of posts on Twitter, Anthony wrote: “Someone just got admitted to UP! Mom (Maricel Laxa Pangilinan) and I are proud of you son, the second among the sibs, and just like mom and dad.”

Donny passed the Undergraduate Admission Test for the UP Open University and will be taking up Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Studies.

Reminding his son to do well in school, Anthony said, “Galingan mo pre, isa yang karangalan, iskolar ka ng bayan!”

Donny is one of Anthony and Maricel’s five kids. He was recently launched as part of the newest batch of Star Magic artists.

Currently, Donny is set to work on a movie opposite Kisses Delavin.
