Teddy Corpuz, DJ M.O.D. team up for song for COVID-19 frontliners

MANILA — “It’s Showtime’s Teddy Corpuz and DJ M.O.D. have joined forces to record a song to honor the frontliners who are risking their lives to combat the coronavirus disease.

Corpuz's Rocksteddy bandmate Christian Sindico also helped in completing the song entitled “Sama-Sama Tayo (A Tribute To All The Frontliners).”

“A few days ago DJ M.O.D. contacted me and said he wanted to do a song to celebrate, inspire and encourage the frontliners and maybe all Filipinos across the globe. He sent me the music and the core message of the song, I texted my bandmate Christian Sindico to help out, and four days later here is the final result of that project,” Corpuz posted on Instagram.

“We hope you guys appreciate it and we dedicate this song to every Filipino battling in every way they can to help their fellow men in the midst of this crisis. We salute you and we love you all. God bless and may He strengthen and protect us all always! We'd like to give credit also to all the videos we stitched together to make the song and this video even more inspiring. Thank you po nang marami,” Corpuz added.
