MANILA -- Kris Aquino said she refuses to give up on herself despite her battle against six auto immune diseases.

The actress-talk show host, who has been considered retired from show business, posted an update regarding her troubled health on Sunday.

"Exactly 2 weeks ago, i had an Ultrasound guided PICC LINE INSERTION, the minimally invasive surgery was done in Makati Medical Center," she said in her Instagram post.

"I always try my best to highlight the positive because having 6 autoimmune conditions is depressing (hindi po ako nagkamali, in my last update i had 5 diagnosed autoimmune disorders, but just like the Pop Mart Care Bears na 6 ang laman given to me by my new friends @rouge_and_orange #6 is the supremely punishing RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS)."

She has to be isolated in the hospital yet again after her white blood cells dropped.

"What did that mean- wala na kong panlaban sa kahit anong viral or bacterial infection. I’m now in isolation. So many rules for family & friends na gusto akong dalawin. Yes, it’s lonely," said Aquino.

Aquino admitted that sometimes her courage seems to waver, especially whenever the painful effects of her diseases show up.

"Kahit gaano katapang ako, there are moments especially pag nagsabay sabay my unexplainable allergies, my lupus (rashes, fever like heat in my entire body, migraine) and rheumatoid arthritis flares (the worst, stabbing/crushing deep bone pain in my knees, hips, ankles) plus my high blood pressure (170/116); i ask myself KAYA KO PA BA?"

"What keeps me going? I REFUSE TO DISAPPOINT ALL THOSE PRAYING FOR ME. Ayokong maisip nyo na binalewala ko yung time & effort ninyo. Because your compassion has deeply touched my heart. Kaya #bawalsumuko #tuloyanglaban 🌈"

In October, Aquino revealed that doctors suspected she had colon cancer, the same illness that affected her mother, the late president Corazon Aquino.

Tests eventually showed that she is cancer-free, though Aquino said the experience was still "devastating."

Aquino also revealed that she has a show coming up before the year ends. It's unclear if the new show will be a digital show or will air on ABS-CBN.

The so-called Queen of All Media recently came home to the Philippines for chemo sessions after residing in the United States in recent years to receive treatment.
