MANILA -- Singer Darren Espanto is set to mark his 10th anniversary in show business with a concert this June.

"Always stay humble siyempre. 'Yon 'yung laging ini-instill ng aking mga magulang sa akin like even up to now, to always have humility and also to look back where you came from... You know always be humble and stuff like that," Espanto said.

In an interview on "Magandang Buhay" early this year, Espanto said that aside from his anniversary concert, he is also hoping to release an album this 2024.

"I say my album is also a reflection of my musicality as an artist. It's something that I also want to let people know that I'm not trying to stick to just one genre lang. Saka ito na si Darren 10 years after The Voice. Kasi majority of this album ako rin 'yung nagsulat sa mga songs," Espanto said.

Espanto started his music career in 2014 when he joined “The Voice Kids”, where he placed runner-up to Lyca Gairanod.
