CALIFORNIA - A Filipino convicted felon who was among the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI's) 10 most wanted was captured recently at the US-Mexico border.
Philip Patrick Policarpio, 39 years old, is accused of killing his pregnant girlfriend, Lauren Olguin by allegedly beating her and shooting her in the head in April.
At the time of the killing, Policarpio was on parole for a conviction in 2001.
Policarpio was arrested at the port of entry in the San Ysidro District of San Diego as he was crossing into the US from Tijuana.
