Narito ang mga sangkap:

  • Oil
  • Bawang
  • Hipon
  • Aligue
  • Asin
  • Paminta
  • Siling haba
  • Mayonnaise
  • Paprika (optional)
  • White wine (optional)

Paraan ng pagluluto:

Sindihan ang kalan. Ilagay ang cooking oil at isunod ang bawang.

Isunod ang hipon, at ilagay ang siling haba. Lagyan ito ng asin, paminta, at paprika.

Igisa ang mga sangkap. Hayaang maluto ang bawang hanggang mag-golden brown.

Pagkatapos, buhusan ng white wine.
