MANILA -- Netflix has unlocked a selection of documentaries that can be watched for free on YouTube as coronavirus-induced lockdowns continue.

In a statement, the streaming service said this is its way of helping teachers around the world.

"For many years, Netflix has allowed teachers to screen documentaries in their classrooms. At their request, during these unprecedented times, we have made a selection of our documentary features and series available on the Netflix YouTube channel," it said.
