MANILA -- The Commission on Higher Education on Monday recommended "blended" online and classroom learning as a precaution against COVID-19 should classes resume in August.

The CHED is planning scenarios for next semester depending on the duration of the Luzon lockdown, which has been ongoing for a month and is scheduled to last until April 30, he said.
