Bar exams set on November Sundays in UST

MANILA - The 2018 Bar examinations will be held over the 4 Sundays of November in University of Sto. Tomas in Manila, the Supreme Court said Tuesday.

The examination on November 4 will cover political and international law in the morning and labor law and social legislation in the afternoon, according to the advisory by the Bar confidant and Supreme Court Deputy Clerk of Court Maria Cristina Layusa.

On November 11, it will cover civil law in the morning and taxation law in the afternoon. On November 18, it will be on mercantile law in the morning and criminal law in the afternoon.

The last day is reserved for remedial law in the morning and legal and judicial ethics and practical exercises in the afternoon.

The Supreme Court began issuing exam permits on Monday, and Layusa reminded them that it all questions are to be answered in essay form.
