MANILA - Traffic may slow down along some roads in Metro Manila while the tunnel boring machine of the Metro Manila Subway Project is transported over the weekend.

According to the Department of Transportation (DOTr) motorists may experience traffic slowdown from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. on April 12 to 13 and April 14 to 15, 2024 due to the transportation of the machine.

- The following roads will be affected during the said dates:
R10 Road (10 p.m.)
5th Avenue (11 p.m. - 12 m.n.)
Gen. Araneta Avenue (12 m.n. - 1 a.m.)
Gilmore Avenue (1 a.m. - 2 a.m.)
Ortigas Avenue - C5 Road (2:30 a.m. - 3:30 a.m.)
Doña Julia Vargas Avenue (3:30 a.m. - 4 a.m.)
"Motorists are advised to take alternate routes. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding," said the DOTR.
