Sen. Risa Hontiveros reminded a laughing Shiela Guo of the gravity of the cases filed against her, as the supposed sister of Alice Guo once again claimed ignorance about the plans and dealings of the dismissed Bamban mayor.
Facing a Senate committee probing Alice's escape on Thursday (September 5), Shiela appeared to make light of Sen. Joel Villanueva's questions about the order of countries they had traveled to, prompting Hontiveros' reprimand.
"Nakakayanan niyo pang tumawa, kahit sa prospect na 500 years na pagkabilanggo," the senator said, referring to Shiela, Alice and their cohorts being respondents in a criminal case that includes 87 counts of money laundering.

Villanueva went on to warn Guo that she will be punished to the full extent of the law, if she still chooses to not cooperate and withhold the truth as a resource speaker of the investigation.
