Moira dela Torre, husband Jason Marvin Hernandez release song dedicated to COVID-19 frontliners

Moira dela Torre and her husband, Jason Marvin Hernandez, have written a song dedicated to the country's frontliners against the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Titled "May Pag-asa," the song was accompanied by a music video highlighting the hard work and sacrifices of the country's responders--from healthcare workers to grocery store employees--in helping curb the spread of COVID-19.

"To our dearest frontliners and first responders, nothing you do ever goes unnoticed. Mula sa aming lahat, maraming salamat sa araw-araw na pagpili sa amin," said the couple.

"Patuloy po kaming mananalangin para sa inyong kalusugan. Mahal namin kayo. Salamat. Salamat dahil may pag-asa kami nang dahil sa 'yo," they added.

It can be recalled that last March, Moira and Jason were among the celebrity couples who participated in a Facebook Live stream to raise funds for the ABS-CBN Foundation and its COVID-19 relief efforts.

As of writing, the Philippines has logged 10,343 of COVID-19 cases, including 1,618 recoveries, and 685 deaths.
