Their charming romance may have concluded with a breakup, just like their characters Juancho and Zy in their reunion movie “Un/Happy For You,” but it’s clear that Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto still make a fantastic match as friends. Now, let’s find out if they can also match up the fruits in Kapamilya Chat’s “Match It” Challenge.

While breakups often bring about difficult emotions, Joshua and Julia prove otherwise with their focus on fun and positivity. In this game, they’re like kids simply enjoying themselves. Our JoshLia hearts can’t help but reminisce about the good old times!

Here, they need to arrange the fruits in a way that matches the counterparts hidden in a mystery box. They have three rounds to play.

It’s all about collaboration. In the first round, Julia took the lead in arranging the fruits, and she couldn’t help but jump with excitement and nerves as the cheers grew louder in the room. Joshua decided to make some tweaks, and fortunately, his changes led to the correct placement. “Paano nangyari ‘yun?” Julia exclaimed, ecstatic that they scored a point for this round.

That’s why their confidence in each other grew even stronger in the second round. Joshua took the lead in moving the fruits, while Julia made the final touches. Teamwork truly makes the dream work. “Para tayong mga bata,” Julia said, as they both looked so thrilled and eager to match the fruit arrangements. When they got it right again, they jumped and cheered like happy kids who won the game.

They seemed to feel the pressure more in the final round. However, they seemed to find a strategy by sensing the room’s energy. Trusting his instincts, Joshua made adjustments to Julia’s initial arrangement. The enthusiasm was palpable when he asked her, “May tiwala ka ba sa akin?” And the mood erupted in overwhelming joy that they ended up hugging when they nailed the correct order of the fruits. “Akala mo house and lot ‘yung prize kung makayakap tayo,” Julia playfully remarked.

JoshLia will sure make you smile as they give their best in this little game!
