An airport serves as the backdrop of a special encounter between strangers in the teaser of "The Eternity Between Seconds," a film top-billed by Yeng Constantino and TJ Trinidad.

In the minute-long video released early this week, the characters of Constantino and Trinidad are shown getting to known each other, apparently during a layover en route to South Korea.

Constantino, who is dubbed local showbiz's "Pop Rock Princess," last starred in a film in 2013, via the award-winning "Shift." This new movie, directed by Alec Figuracion, serves as Constantino's acting comeback.

"Medyo may drama kaya abangan nila 'yun," she told entertainment news site Push. "Na-stretch rin ako rito emotionally kasi 'yung character hindi ako, e."

Explaining the movie's premise, Constantino continued: "Art siya na film. Symbolic ang film, 'yung stuck ka in one place and hindi mo pa alam ang next move mo."

"Eternity Between Seconds" is an entry to CineFilipino 2018, which will be held in March.
